Student Budget for 2025-2026

The cost of attending 91ɬ will vary depending on many factors, including the student’s program of study, financial aid eligibility, scholarships, and living arrangements.
91ɬ posts current tuition and fee information on its website. In addition, 91ɬ has a net price calculator that can help students estimate their costs. The calculator provides standard information in a format required by the U.S. Department of Education.

Please note that the only costs a student will pay directly to 91ɬ will be tuition and fees charged based on the actual courses for which the student registers and books and supplies that the student purchases through the 91ɬ Store. Other costs (housing & food, transportation, and other miscellaneous expenses) will be paid to the providers of those other utilities, services, and commodities.

Drug-related Convictions and Financial Aid

By law, some students who have drug-related convictions under any federal or state law may be ineligible for federal student aid.  In addition, a conviction for a drug-related offense during a period of enrollment for which the student was receiving federal financial aid program funds will result in the loss of eligibility for any federal student grant, loan, or work-study assistance.

Incarceration

Individuals who are incarcerated may have limited eligibility for federal financial aid.

Drop for Non-Payment of Tuition
There are tuition payment deadlines each semester.  Students who fail to pay their tuition or make satisfactory arrangements for payment of their tuition by the published deadlines will have their registrations cancelled and will not be allowed to re-register for classes until their tuition has been paid.  Re-registration may not be possible if there are no longer any available seats in the desired classes.

Withdrawal from Classes

Students who officially withdraw from classes prior to the add/drop deadline are entitled to a refund of tuition and fees paid.  Students who withdraw after the deadline will ordinarily not be entitled to refunds, depending on the circumstances.

Federal financial aid regulations require 91ɬ to report students who have stopped attending classes.  Reporting is accomplished through 91ɬ’s Non-Attendance policy, under which students who fail to attend their classes or engage in academically related activities for 14 consecutive days (or less for courses less than a semester in length) will be assigned a grade of FN (failure for non-attendance).  A grade of FN will compromise a student’s satisfactory academic progress and may result in the student being required to repay financial aid already received.

The 91ɬ Store provides the ISBN (International Standard Book Number) and retail price information of required and recommended textbooks for 91ɬ courses as soon as practicable prior to the start of each term.  Most textbooks are available from the 91ɬ Store new or used, and many are also available in electronic format.  The 91ɬ Store also has some textbooks available for rent.

To assist students, the 91ɬ Store sponsors several used textbook buybacks by outside companies throughout the academic year as well as the option of selling used books online 24/7.  To further assist students in buying and selling used textbooks, the 91ɬ Store also sponsors online and on-campus bulletin boards, called “The Student Marketplace.”
