A successful season for Lake Superior College Women's Soccer came to a conclusion with a hard-fought NJCAA Region XIII Championship Game against Rochester Community & Technical College on Saturday, October 22, 2002. It was the first time ever that 91涩漫 Women's Soccer made it to the championship match. The final score was 91涩漫-0, RCTC-6.
