Attn: Student-Parents
Under updated legislation, Title IX encompasses special regulations to safeguard the rights of parenting students and requires schools to follow procedures set in place to help in the success of those students.
91ɬÂþ encourages students who are pregnant and/or parenting a child to reach out to our Student Parent Navigators, who will be a resource for individuals who may need assistance in meeting their, and their family's basic needs.
Navigators can help student-parents find support services both on campus and in the local community. Please contact Roxanne Frederick 91ɬÂþ Health Services Coordinator, or Wade Gordon, Dean of Students, if you wish to request specific accommodations or need additional information.

91ɬÂþ students have FREE access to Wellbeats, an on-demand fitness platform with over 1,000+ fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes for all ages, levels, abilities, and interests.
Use app at home or in the recreational fitness room of the Wellness Center that is equipped with free weights, balls, exercise mats etc.! Imagine waking up energized, focused, and ready to take on anything! Good sleep is essential to our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. When we don’t get enough quality rest, we can become stressed which negatively impacts our mood, productivity, and overall health.
For the month of November, you can take part in the two-week Rest and Restore program which offers four classes per week to support your sleep routine and help you wake up refreshed. This program includes a range of classes from restorative yoga, gentle stretching, or calming meditation to unwind and prepare for a restful night.
