Join us for an engaging and insightful discussion on disability culture and its impact on student life at 91ɬÂþ  Above & Beyond With U will provide this training session as we work to increase access and supports for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities and inclusion for all.  The presentation will be an engaging discussion about disability culture as it relates to campus life for students with disabilities. We will discuss how to implement this information while providing classes and support services for students with disabilities.

Jenna Udenberg is a lifelong resident from the Northshore of Minnesota and is a former music educator of 19 years. She has used a manual wheelchair since the age of 8 due to Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Jenna is a 2017 Blandin Foundation Community Leader, a 2020 Bush Fellow, and a 2025 Shannon Leadership Institute Fellow. Writing for the Lake County Press in her column, Local View from 4 foot 2, inspires vulnerability and the sharing of lived experiences from the seated perspective. Within My Spokes: A Tapestry of Pain, Growth & Freedom is Jenna’s published memoir which you can find on the A&BWU website. Jenna is the founder of the non-profit, Above & Beyond With U, which works to increase accessibility and inclusion in Minnesota and beyond.
Jaime Head was born & raised in Duluth, MN with the love of the outdoors. She graduated from the University of MN-Duluth with a degree in Recreation and spent many years working in the field of adaptive outdoor recreation, residential camping & sports. Jaime has been proudly volunteering as the Board President for Above & Beyond With U since 2023. In her day-to-day, she currently works as a Sr. Training & Technical Assistance Associate with Virginia Commonwealth University's National Training & Data Center. Jaime has over 25 years of experience advocating with & for people with disabilities throughout the country promoting access & inclusion in various facets of life including recreation, employment, education & independent living.Â
